Be flexible. Your cottage has a modern kitchen so cook if you wish or simply reserve all, some or even just one meal in advance. You can even reserve while you're on the island.
Lunch:
We invite you Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday for complimentary shorelunches served with all the fixings. (Please read "Free Shorelunches" section for more details.) On other days, we're happy to pack you a boxed lunch to enjoy at one of Trout Lake's scenic shoreline spots. Or simply make your own to take along on your fishing adventure.
Dinner:
Evening time on the island is fine dining - Booi Style. A unique Canadian flavour is served each night. Your delectable dinner includes a starter, fresh baked bread or rolls, a hearty main course, dessert and your choice of non-alcoholic beverages.
While every chalet cottage features a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook, we invite you to relax and join us in the lodge and savour a meal prepared just for you. Simply reserve up to the night before the unique Canadian flavour you'd love to feast on. Choose one, a few or feast with us every night.
