Suggested Lures for Fall: (Late August & September)

WALLEYES:

  • Spinners- gold, silver, green, orange, yellow
  • 2 to 3 inch crank baits, deep diving- fire-tiger, perch, silver
  • 3/8 & ½ oz jigs- chartreuse, yellow, green, gold
  • assorted twister tails
  • LAKE TROUT:

  • 2 to 4 inch silver spoons, silver & blue, silver & green
  • Mepps type spinners- same colours as the spoons
  • NORTHERN:

  • 3/8 to ½ oz. Jigs, chartreuse, yellow, green, gold
  • long 6 inch rubber bodies, assorted colours
  • 3 to 4 inch crank baits- fire tiger, perch, and crayfish
  • 3 to 4 inch spoons- 5 of diamonds, red & white, silver

    Recommended Line:

  • Walleye: 8# test
  • Lake Trout: 17# test
  • Northerns: 12# test
