MANAGEMENT STAFF Sara Howell, is Tracy's brain, literally. This woman is smart, quick thinking and extremely efficient. She's an excellent manager and also Tracy's super-efficient assistant. She manages all guests desires giving 110% every day. When you see her in the lodge, be sure to stop and chat, for she always has an interesting fish story or 2 and many suggestions to make your trip better. What would Tracy do without her?

Mike Black, manager and Jim's assistant, working it. His sharp mind and excellent attitude makes him extremely valuable to Booi's Island. Whether he's managing the men, assisting guests or expertly working on the computer, he performs to the max with always a smile. Oh, and he's a good fishermen too. Perfect!

Desiree LaRose wears many hats that all fit well. An accountant, an accomplished interior designer, and a super care assistant who will expertly look after your needs right from Booi's head office in British Columbia. Give her a shout and have a long chat with this interesting gal who'll fill you in on all the details to make your Booi trip hassle free.

BOOI'S GUEST HELPERS

Guess what Michael Patenaude does? Smooth and safe, an expert commercial pilot who's experience is evident on every flight he makes. Flies planes, does the manuals, helps with the guests,...his talents are many. Be sure to fly with him when you get the chance. Oh, did I mention he's a carpenter too?

Richard Shattler is definitely part of the island, along with wife Dimple, Booi guests look forward to seeing them both year after year. A dedicated trophy guide who has fished his whole life for a living; join him and Aurele on their famous Guided Fishing Days.

Aurele Shattler is a really great guy who is a dedicated trophy fisherman who fishes whenever he has the chance. (Just ask his wife Gladys!) He's going to teach you his secrets for getting trophy fish in record time. Join him and Richard on their Guided Fishing Days and be sure to gorge yourself on their famous shorelunches.

Cass Shattler is welcomed back with open arms. He's a Booi trophy guide who will help the novice and experienced fisherman with tips and techniques he's learned over his life from his dad Richard and from his own experience gained fishing Trout Lake for years. Be sure to join him, Aurelle and Richard on Booi's famous guided fishing days that always includes mouth watering shorelunches.

Gladys Belvin is an expert cook who has been known to make you gain 5 pounds during your stay! Her tempting cinnamon buns every morning and her Canadiana Cuisine hearty meals will make you wish you could take her home. Watch out Aurele! A woman of many talents with a really big heart.

Jenelle Belvin-Shattler is Gladys' right hand gal and her daughter too. Like mother-like-daughter, she is an amazing worker in the kitchen helping Gladys with meal prep and she serves too. She helps everywhere when needed, whether assisting Sara in the lodge, keeping the lodge sparkling clean, or helping with cottage care, she efficiently lends a helping hand. Thank Jenelle for keeping the tea and coffee fresher than Tim Horton's.

Brianne Feigl, also known as Tracy's Little Girl (sorry Brianne) is a talented young woman who started with us at the tender age of 15. She will attempt any job and what's really neat is anything she does, she does extremely well. (Good going Brianne) A joy on the island.

Joyce's hearty laugh is sometimes heard thru out the island. Besides being a whiz in the cottage, and pampering you; she keeps everyone in stitches. She's always willing to help us all and is Tracy's efficent assistant every Sunday . A pleasure to all.

Left to Right- Dimple Shattler & Richard Shattler Dimple's talents are many, there is no room to list them all. Besides keeping everyone's laundry spotlessly clean, she's a whiz in the kitchen, and efficient in the cottages, always willing to lend a helping hand. She's one of the gals who pamper you by changing your towels and making your bed when you're out fishing.

Joey Booi, also known as Auntie Tracy's Baby Boy Nephew (sorry Joe) is a true Booi. He can fish, hunt, fix motors, help guests; he can do it all. He knows the island like the back of his hand for his first trip by float plane here was at a wee 5 days old.

Zack Germain is Michael's assitant pilot as well as Mike's care assistant. This talented guy can pilot and load planes efficiently, assist Booi guests on the docks, and helps maintain the island. When you need help, be sure to ask Zack. He's a super friendly guy always willing to lend a helping hand.

You'll see alot of Sheldon Shattler on the island. If there's anything you need, ask Sheldon. He's there for you, all the while grinning and whistling away. He's Richard and Dimple's son and, like father-like son, he's an excellent fisherman and a good worker.

Jim and Tracy thank all staff for permforming little miracles and acts of kindness and help to everyone, everyday on the island. Also, thank you to all other staff members not mentioned above, who helped out and made everyone's fishing vacations memorable.
